We will design and supply large warning signs to to meet your requirements for you to erect in prominent positions at the property concerned.
You will then be issued with legally enforceable Parking Charge Tickets which will allow you (or a nominated person) to issue to any vehicle which is parked on your land in a way to receive a charge.
You can issue a charge in 1 of 2 ways :
Simply issue the ticket, take a photograph of the vehicle with the ticket, signage and registration number in clear view and then enter this online, send by post of fax – and that is your work done.
Or at sites where issuing the charge to the vehicle would be difficult you can use our “Click Charge” product – this allows you to simply take a photograph of the vehicle with the signage in clear view and upload this to our database – we then issue the charge via post.
Once we have collected he parking charge, you will receive £15 or £25 for each ticket – This is paid to you via BACS automatically on a monthly basis.
We also find that at a large number of sites the presence of our signs alone resolve your parking issues without the need to ever issue a charge, but you are safe in the knowledge that if you ever issue a charge then Combined Parking Solutions is the number 1 company in the UK for enforcing unpaid charges and ensuring you have total car park management.

Do I have to enter into a long contract ?
Combined Parking Solutions believe you should not be tied into long term contracts to use any service, although we would like you to be a customer for as long as you have a need.
We do not tie customers into contracts and should you be unhappy with our service you can simply give us 7 days notice.

What are the costs for this service ?.
If your site is suitable to have our standard CPS permit signage for your car park management and no entrance sign is needed then the site setup cost is free.
If you require custom made signage then this is charged at cost price or you can make your own signs based on the approved template and there is no cost from ourselves to set you up.
If the IPC requires your site to have an entrance sign then a charge is made of £15 or £25 depending on the requirement – again this is something defined in the code of practice and all parking companies are bound by this requirement.
The IPC require all self ticketers to be approved and they make a charge of £15 for a 2yr approval – this is a cost for ALL ticketing companies in the UK and is outside our control.
