All appeals should be made to ourselves within 28days of the parking charge issue date (if a ticket has been attached to the windscreen) or within 28days of the date of the postal issued ticket.
We DO NOT deal with appeals by telephone and all appeals must be in writing – they can be sent by email to: info@combinedparkingsolutions.co.uk or by post to the address stated on the ticket / letter.
We will place a ticket on hold whilst it is investigated and we will reply in writing to all appeals within 28days of receipt – It is therefore important that you include your full name & address for a reply to be sent – WE DO NOT REPLY TO APPEALS BY EMAIL.
If your appeal is unsuccessful you will have a further 14-days from the date of reply to pay the original reduced amount you will also have the opportunity to appeal to the Independent Appeals Service and full details of this will be sent with the rejection notice.
If you decide to appeal to the Independent Appeals Service then the opportunity to pay at the reduced amount will not be available and should the Independent Appeals Service reject your appeal the standard (non discounted) amount will be due.
