You have the facility to cancel a ticket within the first 14-days by simply advising us, there is no cost for this when using our windscreen issued scheme – if you use our click charge scheme then there is a small cancellation charge levied if you need to cancel, this is due to us incurring costs from day in contacting DVLA and the keeper of the vehicle.
Occasionally it is required to cancel a ticket after 14-days, if this happens then there may be a small fee payable, depending on how much work has been undertaken to trace the vehicle owner.
